UCO ranks among the best for software engineering

EDMOND – The University of Central Oklahoma earned top rankings among universities for its software engineering program.

According to BestAccreditedColleges.org, UCO received high marks for the overall excellence of its program as well as its affordability.

HQUniversity, another online resource for students, also recently gave UCO a high ranking for its software engineering program.

According to a statement, UCO was the state’s only recognized higher education institution on both lists.

Factors considered by the organizations included affordability, admission rate, retention rate, graduation rate, graduate salary, programs offered, default rate, reputation and expert opinion. They referred to US Department of Education data to draw conclusions.
