service of the following personnel who must be highly qualified and experienced.

Job objectives
Head of Unit, Business Relations & Development

  • Serve as primary point of accountability and single point of contact for aggregation and prioritization of new client needs
  • Contribute to the provision of new and improved services according to customer requirements
  • Ensure technology requirements/requests are captured by customers
  • Provide essential input into the creation and maintenance of the company’s overall technology strategy and business strategy
  • Generate revenue by soliciting and securing customer orders
  • Promote and sell company solutions
  • Hold technical conversations and provide information to customers and relevant stakeholders within ACDS as required

  • Develop and improve relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Actively manage customer stakeholder expectations and monitor satisfaction levels
  • Respond to customer business demand by capturing high-level technology requirements
  • Oversee the process of identifying and capturing customer IT demand
  • Ensure high level technology impact analysis is provided to clients
  • Contribute to the development of a technology strategy aligned with the client’s business
  • Confirm service level agreements with customers
  • Develop an online sales strategy with set sales objectives.
  • Track sales goals and document sales performance against metrics
  • Evaluate competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitors

  • Assess technology needs of potential customers and recommend products
  • Identify sales market opportunities and develop sales leads

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales pitches and product demonstrations
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled by engaging with relevant stakeholders within the business
  • Negotiate sales and service renewal contracts, as well as discounts and warranties
  • Initiate after-sales technical support based on customer requirements and feedback
  • Become familiar with the technical specifications of the Company’s products
  • Update professional knowledge by studying trends and documentation of new products or products in development
  • Consult with customers on how the Company could better support their business

Qualification for Education

Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields

Professional qualification
Possession of the following certifications is recommended: PMP, CSM, ITIL

  • 1 to 2 years of management experience
